It's hard for me to decide what I feel about this book and I think that is because this book was trying to be too many things. Is it a love story? It is a paranormal mystery? It is a horror story? The potential was there for all three but the writer didn't get the job done well enough to make me believe it all.The writing is fairly solid, the dialog was believable but the story itself became hard to follow. I liked Silla a bunch and had a tiny crush on Nicholas. Job well done on making the main characters likable. The secondary characters - brother, friends, pseduo-grams - were tossed in when necessary. I should have cared more about them but just didn't.I know this is the first in a series. I will read the next one because I AM curious.
