What could have turned into a run-of-the-mill rich-girl/country bumpkin story evolved into a fun, feisty novel. Molly (a Hoosier like me!) moves to L.A. to live with her newly discovered movie-star father and her half-sister, Brook. What happens from there slides towards cliche at times but stops short of becoming just another YA book. This book won't change your life but it'll keep you interested. A poolside read, for sure.
